Terms of Service

What we agree to provide, and what you take responsibility for when you approve a batch.

Last updated · 12 September 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Noorkin Ltd ("LaunchLens", "we"), registered at 38, 21 Echo Court, Admiralty Avenue, London E16 2PN, United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. What the service does

LaunchLens reads publicly available information about companies and their markets, builds an ideal-customer profile from a product URL you supply, and drafts outreach email that cites a public signal and a publicly published complaint. Drafts are held for your approval. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

2. Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use and for all activity under your workspace. You must be at least 18 and must not be barred from using the service under applicable law.

3. Your responsibilities for outreach

This is the most important section of these terms. LaunchLens drafts email; you decide what is sent. When you approve a batch you are the sender, and you are responsible for complying with the law that applies to it — which may include the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, the EU GDPR, and the US CAN-SPAM Act.

You agree that you will:

We provide approval controls, suppression handling and compliance checks as tools. They assist your judgement; they do not replace it, and passing a check is not legal advice or a guarantee that a given send is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LaunchLens to harass, defame or deceive; to send content that is unlawful, discriminatory or misleading; to impersonate another person or organisation; to circumvent the approval step through automation; or to resell access without a written agreement with us.

5. Data you provide and data we surface

You keep ownership of the product information and lists you provide. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf — to process that material, draft from it, and store it. Information LaunchLens surfaces about third parties is gathered from public sources and is provided as-is; you are responsible for how you act on it. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and change

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features, and where a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before a price change takes effect on your plan.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms — in particular section 3 or 4 — and will give notice where it is lawful and practical to do so.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that any particular reply rate, meeting or customer will result from using it, and the figures published on this site are illustrative of one campaign rather than a promise about yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
