Know why they'll buy before you email them.
Point LaunchLens at any product. It finds your buyers, mines what their market is actually complaining about — in their own words — and writes outreach that cites a real, dated fact about each prospect.

Every draft cites something real. If there's no fact to cite, we don't write the email.
The problem
Nobody replies to
“companies like yours”.
What everyone sends
“I noticed you’re a marketing agency and thought you might be interested in our platform…”
~1–2% reply
What LaunchLens sends
“You’re still running SEMrush’s widget on /reports — and 41 people publicly complained that those reports are unreadable to clients.”
~6–12% reply
How it works
From a URL to a paying customer
Five steps. Two of them are the reason this works at all — and both are on that list because a human is still in the loop.
Point it at your product
It reads your site and builds your ICP. One URL — no onboarding questionnaire.
It finds a reason to write
A verified contact, a public signal about them today, and a verbatim complaint from their market. No fact to cite means no email.
why it works50 per batch
You approve every batch
Fifty drafts at a time — small enough that you actually read them. Nothing sends without your click.
why it works1,700 → 140 → 3
It sends, then learns
Replies feed back in: which signals earned answers, and which themes to stop using next batch.

Your market is already telling you what it hates.
Every competitor you have is sitting on a pile of public reviews. Every buyer you want is complaining in a forum somewhere. LaunchLens reads all of it, clusters it into themes, and hands you the exact sentences people used — with a link back to each one.
- Ranked by how often and how angrily it comes up
- Attributed to the competitor it's about
- Verbatim quotes, never paraphrased
- Refreshed monthly so you see themes emerging

Facts, not guesses.
We scan each company for what is verifiably true right now — the competitor script on their site, the role they just posted, the review they left. Every signal stores a URL, the exact text, and the date it was found.

Nothing sends itself.
Drafts arrive in batches of fifty with their evidence beside them. You read, edit, approve or reject. There is no “send all” button and no setting that turns the gate off — it’s a boundary in the system, not a preference.
Everything in the box
Twelve modules. One flow.
A URL goes in one end. A customer comes out the other. Two steps do the heavy lifting — and one of them is you.

Isolated data, metered usage
The maths of being specific
Sends required to reach roughly three paying customers. Same product, same market — the only variable is whether the email says something true about the person reading it.
Generic outreach
sends · ~30 weeks · likely a burned domain
Signal-cited
sends · 4–5 weeks · reputation intact
Ranges, not promises. A bad market beats a good process every time.
Who it's for
And who it isn't
Your deal size decides the motion. We'd rather route you correctly at signup than refund you in month two.
Under $50/mo
Use it for positioning
Cold email rarely pays for itself at this price. Take the dossier and channel map — we'll tell you that honestly instead of selling you a seat.
$50 – $500/mo
The sweet spot
The full loop: discovery, signals, dossier, drafts, approval, send. This is what LaunchLens is built for.
$500 – $5k/mo
Signal-triggered
We surface the accounts and the evidence; your team writes the final mile and multi-threads the account.

Twenty named accounts, deep dossiers, humans on everything. Use us for intelligence, not volume.
Pricing
Priced on drafts, not seats
You're a founder, not a sales floor. Paying per seat makes no sense — and paying per contact just rewards spraying.

Questions worth asking
Is this just another cold email tool?
No — and the difference is enforceable. A draft cannot exist in our database without a foreign key to a real, dated, sourced fact about that specific prospect. Tools that blast templates can't make that guarantee because nothing stops them.
Where do the pain quotes come from?
Public reviews of your competitors on Trustpilot and Clutch, plus the communities your buyers actually post in. Every quote stores its source URL, so you can click through and read it in context before you ever cite it.
Does it send email automatically?
Never without you. Drafts land in an approval queue in batches of 50. You read them, edit them, approve or reject. Approved batches export to your own sending tool — we deliberately don't own your domain reputation.
What if my market has nothing public to mine?
Then outbound is the wrong channel for you, and we'll say so at onboarding rather than sell you a subscription. That's a feature. A GTM tool that admits when its own channel is wrong is worth more than one that doesn't.
How is my data isolated from other customers?
Row-level security in Postgres, enforced by the database itself rather than by application code, with an automated cross-tenant test on every deploy. Your prospect lists are never visible to another organisation.
How long until I see replies?
Realistically: a dossier in days, your first approved batch inside two weeks, and meaningful reply data three to five days after that. Roughly 1,700 well-targeted, specifically-cited sends tends to produce a few paying customers — versus around 12,000 generic ones.
Start with the dossier.
Tell us your product and we'll mine your market's public complaints — ranked, quoted and sourced. It's useful whether or not you ever send a single email.
